This is the perfect package for busy professionals or those who are self-directed but want tools, accountability, and the ability to touch base with a coach as needed. After a comprehensive onboarding process to develop your coaching journey and action steps with a coach, you will be set up with a private, HIPAA-compliant coaching portal to keep you organized and moving toward your plan completion. This package includes up to (4) 20-minute sessions with your coach every month as needed to touch base, get clarification, brainstorm, or plan around newly developed challenges or opportunities as they arise. This is also a wonderful package to utilize after a more comprehensive coaching package to transition from coaching to self-accountability and cement what was gained through coaching. Neuroscience shows that unless you continue to use your newly acquired skills, regression is almost guaranteed. This is like an insurance policy on your coaching investment.
